Service Configuration Analyst Important Information Location: Taguig city Experience: 0 – 3 years Job Mode: Contract Work Mode: On-site or Hybrid Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas) Perform Requirement gathering, scoping and analysis on assigned domain. (Risk Controls, buyload, GForest, etc.) Translate the requirements into business configurations within the identified systems/components within established SLA. Analyze processes and provide inputs on potential areas for improvement. Provide updates and status reports to IS. Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed) Knowledgeable in SQL Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Excellent process analysis skill. Critical thinker with strong ability to make good decisions, can assess the impact of each action made on service configuration and with efficient problem-solving skills. Acts proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Delivers Process Service Configuration Requirements to be used by Partners and/or customers for convenient and secured payment channels.
