About The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide consistently superior service to Avant members and customers.
Service Consultants are our front-line service staff and need to be knowledgeable on process, procedures and business rules. They are responsible for servicing our members through a variety of different channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, letters and emails.
Through the general course of this role, Service Consultants develop a strong generic knowledge of product, policy and procedures, providing an excellent platform to grow and develop a new career with Avant.
