We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Consultant/Advisor to join our team and be the key connection between our service department and our valued customers.
Position Overview
As a Service Consultant/Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a positive service experience for our customers. You will greet clients, listen to their needs, communicate recommended services, and ensure vehicles are serviced and delivered on time. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive-thru.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval for work.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Review final invoices and explain completed work to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach to ensure loyalty and retention.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance is an asset.
  • Computer proficiency (scheduling, invoicing, CRM systems).
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
