Job Description: EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and looking for Service Consultant who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who will be responsible to maintain service quality and good relationship to existing students and provide end-to-end English Course consultation and experience as well.    Responsibilities: * Student progress management * Communication and customer service on effective study activities * Internal commercial aspects * Creating and maintaining a fun and engaging learning environment * Planning, organizing, and executing events.   Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent * Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C * Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills * Excellent service attitude and able to work as a team * Self-motivated with a detail-oriented and outgoing personality * Willing to work in shift
