The Office Services Consultant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of TAL’s enterprise-level mailroom, print, and document management services. This position supports the business by processing, scanning, printing, archiving, and distributing critical correspondence and documentation, all while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and timeliness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a mailroom, office services, or administrative role is ideal, though not essential.
  • Open to university graduates looking for a corporate entry-level role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive, high-volume tasks.
  • Professional communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and awareness of confidentiality when handling sensitive or original documents.
  • Basic financial literacy (e.g., cheque processing, reconciliation awareness) is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, scanning, archiving, and distributing incoming mail, as well as handling outgoing mail and internal office deliveries.
  • Coordinate and complete print and send requests for multiple business units, ensuring high-volume jobs meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Oversee banking and cheque processes, including physical banking, system entry, and liaison with Accounts Receivable.
  • Manage courier bookings, cost allocation, and logistics for ad hoc delivery needs.
  • Administer document archiving and retrieval processes, maintaining accurate records.
  • Receive and securely store parcels and executive correspondence, ensuring timely notification and collection.
