Under the leadership and guidance of Service Team Lead, the Service Consultant is a sales-oriented member of the team responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Wacoal consumers through online chat, email messages, phone calls, and other current and future interaction channels, for the duration of each workday.
The Service Consultant supports customers with product, shopping, technology, order, and return questions. They help customers find the right fitting product for their body on Wacoal’s website and mobile app, order and return items, troubleshoot technical challenges, and share the voice of the customer with the Wacoal organization.
Service Consultants possess great expertise about Wacoal products and selling systems. They utilize selling skills each time they engage with a customer to make targeted recommendations in a timely and professional manner while ensuring the customer has a fantastic experience. They handle complex conversations in high-volume, time-sensitive environments to ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Service Consultants undergo regular training on newly launched products, updated operating procedures and technology updates as needed and on an on-going basis.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

· Experience in selling, talking about intimate apparel.

· Experience in providing excellent customer service in different channels.

  • Strong written skills that lend to clear and concise text-based communication and strong spoken communication skills for phone and/or video calls.
  • PC keyboarding and internet experience needed.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, live chat video, etc.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to act independently, be self-motivated, and work within the context of a larger team-oriented environment

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

· Effective interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
· Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required.
· Passion for customer service and commitment to serving the customer
· Comfort talking in detail about intimate apparel, the fit of intimate apparel, and breasts, breast tissue, and body shapes and sizes.
· Committed to keeping customer’s personal details and personally identifiable information highly confidential
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

· Provide direct service to consumers through online chat, email messages, phone calls, and other current and future interaction technologies, including video, in a timely and professional manner.
· Help customers understand Wacoal’s product features and benefits to help them decide which product is best suited to her needs
· Process orders and returns for consumers
· Troubleshoot customer shopping issues including coaching customer through technology challenges
· Master all service, selling, and product technology to be able to act quickly to resolve inquiries.
· Train on and use technology to track, maintain and report on metrics related to customer contacts.
· Improve customer loyalty and experience by educating customers on Wacoal’s product quality and fit guidelines
· Constantly achieve established performance goals of the position
