JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working person to join our team as a Service Consultant / Shop Assistant. This is a mixed role where you’ll spend time helping customers up front and lending a hand in the shop. If you like variety in your day, this could be a great fit!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Willingness to jump in with both customer service and shop work
• Reliable and organized, with attention to detail
• Automotive experience is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person

• Greeting customers, writing up their service requests, and keeping them updated
• Helping with scheduling, estimates, and simple paperwork
• Assisting in the shop — removing parts, organizing tools, and helping technicians when needed
• Keeping the shop clean and safe (sweeping, mopping floors, taking out garbage, washing bathrooms, etc.)
