Who we are looking for

As a service advisor, your focus will be on securing and expanding your assigned client base and acquiring new clients, considering both profitability and risk. Your responsibilities include advising on, selling, and processing selected, client-specific products in the asset, liability, and service sectors. You will identify client needs and refer them to our specialists in investment or mortgage lending. As part of your client interactions, you will process their requests for both cash and cashless payments.

Ø Completed banking/commercial training or a comparable qualification with professional experience

Extensive specialist knowledge and professional experience, particularly in advising private clients

High customer and service orientation and enjoyment of sales

• Independent and meticulous work ethic, strong communication skills, sociability, teamwork skills and resilience
