As a Service Contract Administrator, you’ll take ownership of service agreements that keep critical equipment supported ensuring accuracy, compliance, and revenue protection. You’ll also gain exposure to transformation projects, adding variety and growth to your role. Your Day-to-Day You’ll manage the details that make service operations run smoothly from contract renewals and billing to SLA tracking and project coordination. Every day, you’ll balance precision with problem-solving to deliver a seamless experience for customers and internal teams. Your day will include: Managing service agreements end-to-end: creation, review, renewal, and compliance Preparing renewal quotes, invoices, and tracking contract capture rates Monitoring SLAs and maintenance schedules; flagging risks early Acting as liaison between customers, account managers, and service teams Maintaining clean records and dashboards; providing actionable reporting Supporting project teams with scheduling, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications About You You’re already in a service admin role and know the importance of getting the details right. You enjoy working with contracts, customers, and internal teams and you’re ready for a role that adds variety and growth. You’ll bring: Experience in service administration or contract management/support Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence with billing, invoicing, and SLA tracking Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems Excellent communication and a proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why BD?
