About the role: We are looking for an experienced Service Contracts & Warranty Manager to lead and manage Daimler Truck UK’s Service Contract and Warranty operations. This is a senior, commercially focused role with accountability for operational excellence, financial performance, and strong customer and dealer outcomes across the UK network. You will play a key role in ensuring service contract and warranty policies are implemented effectively and compliantly, while continuously improving processes, systems, and performance in line with DTAG and DTUK strategic objectives: Leading and developing the Service Contracts & Warranty team, setting clear objectives and driving consistent, high-quality delivery across the dealer network. Owning the commercial performance of the Service Contracts portfolio, ensuring contracts remain financially positive through strong governance, audit discipline, and cost control. Managing external suppliers, ensuring contractual SLAs and KPIs are met and value is delivered throughout the contract lifecycle. Driving operational improvement, identifying and implementing simplified, best-practice processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Overseeing systems and parameters, ensuring UK-specific service contract and warranty system requirements align with business planning and DTAG mandates. Engaging senior stakeholders, including DTAG, DTUK leadership, sales teams, DTFS, dealers, and key customers, to drive alignment, confidence, and performance.
