LOCATION: THAME, OXFORDSHIRE| DEPARTMENT: SERVICE | FULL-TIME | SALARY: £30,000 – 35,000 | WORKING HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY 08:00 –17:00, ALTERNATING ROTA FOR 16:30 AND 17:30 FINISH

We’re looking for a detail-focused, proactive Service Controller to join our high-performing Service department. If you’re passionate about delivering results, love coordinating people and processes, and want to grow your career while making a real impact—this is your next move.

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Delivering the high-quality service we promise our customers
• Ensuring your region meets and exceeds KPI targets
• Planning and coordinating engineers for both scheduled and emergency service calls
• Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams
• Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing once completed
• Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards
• Collaborating with the Regional Sales Managers on service performance and regional updates
• Assisting other Service Controllers and supporting the broader service office as needed
