Responsibilities

THE ROLE - THE HIGHLIGHTS REEL:

  • Coordinates preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, repairs identified as part of preventative maintenance or servicing and scheduled regulatory inspection works
  • Prepares and converts service and repair quotations, interpreting and ordering parts and estimating labour
  • Provides regular and timely updates to customers on the status of their quotations & repairs
  • Follows-up and negotiates strong outcomes that generate maintenance activity to support service department growth

You enjoy working in a fast-paced role juggling multiple priorities at once. You have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships. The following skills and attributes are also what set you apart:

  • Experience in a customer focused, maintenance scheduling or service coordination role
  • Experience in a dealership or similar type of environment an advantage
  • Ability to prioritise and confidence to make decisions to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Top administrative skills including proficiency in MS Suite
