OVERVIEW

We are seeking a customer focused and proactive Service Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, customer support, managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an organised work environment.

Duties include;

  • Maintenance of client Service Contracts
  • Coordination of Service Engineers
  • Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Handling of warranty claims
  • Quotations
  • Procurement
  • Issuing and ordering of PPE
  • Management of project budgets
