Description POSITION SUMMARY Liaison for communication between customers and team members. Responsible for coordinating and dispatching all service calls and quoted service repairs. This role helps maintain smooth operations, accurate records, and high customer satisfaction. Follow professional development plan to accomplish individual goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Answer Phones, Emails, Team Chats Create POs Create Trips/Service Activities Create Work Orders Schedule all service calls and assist with quoted service repairs Communicate and schedule with customers, maintain internal notes Coordinate tools and materials for jobs Review daily reports and work orders. Check in with technicians, Service Managers, Leads and Dispatch Manager Other tasks and projects, as needed Attend all required meetings and trainings Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) High School Diploma; College Diploma preferred 3 years customer service experience, or equivalent training and experience Driven and passionate about our company vision, developing our team, and serving our customers Highly organized and diligent Exceptional interpersonal skills Exceptional active listening skills, and verbal and written communication skills Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data Adaptability in a face-paced, rapidly growing company Flexibility to varying situations and surprise circumstances Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365, and HRIS systems Understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP phones, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office technology PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Must be able to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
