KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

  • HBO-level education in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a technical or service-oriented role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and scheduling service activities and appointments.
  • Managing communication with clients regarding service requests and updates.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of service technicians.
  • Monitoring and tracking service progress and completion.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to service coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of service activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participating in service evaluation and improvement meetings.
