HVAC Service and Construction company is looking for a Service Coordinator.

Job Duties:

• Issue Work Orders (ESC Tickets), Purchase Orders, and Quotes.
• Enter A/P invoices
• Prepare Work Orders for Invoicing, obtaining Purchase Orders from Clients
• Getting Quotes from Suppliers for Material and Equipment
• Working with Subcontractors and getting Quotes
• Communicate with customers in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment repair.
• Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
• Record and Maintain Construction Jobs Files
• Order Office and Kitchen Supplies
• Keep Kitchen area clean
• Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Previous experience working in HVAC company is an asset.
Training will be provided.
