As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our team, responsible for:
✔ Properly collect relevant information to generate work orders.
✔ Scheduling appropriate Service Technicians.
✔ Gather details from service call to complete billing information.
✔ Quote and order materials for basic service requests.
✔ Support the Service Manager.
We recognize that experience is valuable. If you have experience with glass or man doors – primarily in the industrial/commercial industry – this is considered an asset.
