Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Service Department. The successful candidate enjoys dealing with people with emphasis on delivering great customer experience and liaises well with our team of technicians in the field. Attention to details is important in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

o Customer-first approach
o Strong level of experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet applications
o Previous experience working with Work Order Management system considered an asset
o Basic knowledge of accounting practices considered an asset
o Strong communication skills both written and verbal
o Knowledge of office procedures

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

o Fields customer inquiries, conducts some troubleshooting and dispatches service jobs. Occasional evening/ weekend “on call” required for inbound service calls
o Work orders & purchase orders control from inception to completion
o Maintains parts inventory and leads quarterly inventory count
o Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the customer work orders
o Prepares Service Technician efficiency reports
o Assists with the assignment & scheduling of jobs and work areas to Service Department employees according to their skills and knowledge.
o Assist in the appraisal of repair orders coming into the Service Department and may review orders for accuracy and completeness.
o Advises Service Manager of all customer complaints.
o Communicates, enforces, and monitors effective service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
o Effectively engages department personnel.
o Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
o Other duties as assigned
