What You’ll Do Be the heartbeat of our service team: Schedule and dispatch field technicians, monitor job progress, and keep everything running smoothly. Deliver outstanding customer service: Be the main point of contact for customers—sharing updates, quotes, and solutions with care and professionalism. Keep things on track behind the scenes: Manage reports, records, invoices, and scheduling while supporting leadership on special projects. Build strong connections: Work closely with our customers, vendors, and internal teams to create positive, lasting relationships every day. What We’re Looking For A detail-oriented organizer who can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure. A strong communicator who shines on the phone, over email, and in customer interactions. Someone tech-savvy with Microsoft Office skills (experience with Service Fusion or other CRMs is a plus!). At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, service coordination, or account management. A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working independently and as part of a supportive team.
