Responsibilities
  • Create, assign, and coordinate service technician work schedules.
  • Establish assignment priorities and dispatch personnel accordingly.
  • Create, dispatch, debrief, close and invoice work orders (full cycle).
  • Support the local Branch Manager with creating and submitting work order estimates and proposals.
  • Follow up with customers on existing proposals to help the branch achieve its monthly objectives.
  • Enter Scale System and data sheet information into new Service Management software (Salesforce/ServiceMax).
  • Maintain and organize files and databases
  • Provide superior customer service to clients on the phone and via electronic correspondence.
  • Follow-up with customer to review satisfaction and to understand opportunity for improvement.
  • Shipping and receiving service parts.
