We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. REQUIREMENTS

  • Conforms with the core values of BPS
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 18+ years of age
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Above average math skills; able to calculate discounts, gross profit, percentages
  • Capable of preserving confidential and sensitive material
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task required
  • Computer skills including MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entry
  • Must always represent the company in a positive manner including a professional appearance
  • Must be able to pass a background check and periodic drug screens
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Service department with paperwork including billing T&M and SVOs
  • Creating, processing, and following up on quotes
  • Pulling the tech jobs daily, match time to jobs, log scorecard date
  • Creating and following up on Purchase Orders
  • Tracking open jobs orders for potential missed billing opportunities
  • Assisting with incoming phone calls and customer requests
  • Achieving business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives
