Service Coordinator / Automotive Salesperson

Your tasks:

• Supporting the team in customer care and advice
• Planning, coordination and organization of appointments as well as calendar maintenance
• Creation and processing of orders and cost estimates
• Responsibility for billing and managing payments
• Management and updating of relevant customer information in the system
• Preparation and organization of replacement vehicles for customers
• Administrative and organizational tasks to support the team

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the office or automotive sector, other
• Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of workshop or service planning tools is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a service-oriented work style
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to remain productive even under high workloads.
• Reliable, structured and independent work style
• Teamwork skills, commitment and motivation for smooth processes
