We are offering a full-time, max term position (until 30/06/2026) for an experienced and enthusiastic care professional, dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualification or formalised training in Customer Service, Business Administration or equivalent
  • In the absence of a completed qualification, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high volume incoming phone contact role or related field with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations
    To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights, Current Police & Working With Children Checks – we can arrange police checks for successful candidates. Our selection process also includes psychometric assessment.
Responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator in the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and resolving client requests within agreed service levels. You will work closely with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses to inquiries and service needs.

This role is required to support the hours of operation across NSW and VIC. You will work collaboratively across the organisation and:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in accessing services and navigating their care options
  • Promote the Care Connect proposition and maximise client outcomes by effectively coordinating between clients, client advisors, and partnered service providers
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with care and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with care managers and service providers to ensure the best possible client outcomes
