QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Community Services or equivalent
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • National Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Open Driver’s License
    This is an office position with an immediate start. There is no WFH opportunity as this is a busy office environment with lots of work-in customers and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Rostering Management using MYP
  • Schedule, follow up and maintain client rosters by working closely with Disability Support Workers
  • Create participant care plan in accordance with NDIS standards
  • Maintain service delivery agreements by continually liaising with support coordinators, participants, participant’s families, allied health service providers, Office of the Public Guardian
  • Ensure data accuracy on systems to ensure delivery of smooth care support to our clients
