Job Summary We are looking for a Service Coordinator based in Rio de Janeiro. The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring service activities, including customer support cases, warranty matters, and Annual Performance Tests (APT). You will ensure that all service operations run efficiently and consistently, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours. Plan and schedule service engineer attendances in line with the Consilium After Sales handbook and customer requirements. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations for service activities. Collect, store, and manage all service-related documentation in Consilium CRM and local servers. Review service documentation and generate final customer invoices within seven days of completion. Ensure necessary spare parts are prepared, allocated, and delivered for service attendances. Maintain CRM records and adhere to company processes for service cases, NCRs, FAQs, and other mandated procedures. Assist in training colleagues and external customers as required. Promote safety awareness, contributing to accident prevention and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Conduct physical inventory counts as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Preferred Education & Experience High school diploma required; relevant degree or certification preferred. Proficient in English (written and verbal). Well-organized, quick learner, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced technical environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
