SERVICE COORDINATOR – CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Location: Surrey, British Columbia
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $60,000 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
Reports To: Service Director

Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to contact for clients, handling incoming service requests and providing timely updates.
  • Document all job details accurately, from site conditions to scope of work.
  • Coordinate schedules with estimators, supervisors, and field teams to keep work on track.
  • Create, update, and manage work orders in our project management systems.
  • Track materials, labour hours, and costs to keep projects within budget.
  • Prepare and submit invoices, upload to client portals, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prioritize urgent service calls (like leaks or emergency repairs) when weather or conditions demand it.
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently and ensure field staff have everything they need to complete the job.
  • Maintain well-organized records, digital and physical, for all projects and invoicing.
  • Assist accounts receivable with overdue invoice tracking and archiving.
