QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 – 5 years previous experience preferred.
  • Friendly, flexible and be willing to work as part of a team in a support capacity. Also able to work independently.
  • Excellent organisation, motivation, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Courteous and professional telephone manner.
  • PC literate including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working within a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) and experience dealing with stock control would be an advantage.
  • Experience and the ability to work within a company defined quality management system and working towards and within both ISO and INAB standards.
  • Flexibility when required with regards to work responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and show initiative.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The principal duties and responsibilities of the Service Coordinator are to ensure that our customers receive a positive experience in their communication with the Service Department and that all service calls and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.
Project a positive image of Cruinn Diagnostics by interacting with customers, visitors and suppliers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times.
