If you have strong organizational skills, mechanical understanding, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, this could be the career move for you.

  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient with computers and service/shop management software
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
  • Daily interactions with mechanics, vendors, service managers, and all levels of Management
  • Contact service technicians to determine when the job can be completed
  • Communicate with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and updates
  • Assign jobs to technicians and track progress
