The Service Coordinator is accountable for the successful delivery of the projects they lead, and are responsible for understanding project requirements in order to properly execute the project, including scope, schedules, budgets and project targets.

• Ability to read, understand and explain architectural plans and tender documentation
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills

• Must possess a professional manner in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
