Position: Service Coordinator

Are you an experience and dedicated Service Coordinator? Are you passionate about cars and have a keen eye for detail? Do you take pride in your work and aspire to work with premium automotive brands? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are recruiting for various different roles, due to securing new business wins, so keep an eye out for further opportunities.

As part of your normal duties, you will:

• Working with representatives from one of our premium car brand customers
• Communicating daily with management and the customer over the phone, email and Microsoft Teams
• Booking Vehicles in with on site Technicians and ensuring the relevant work is carried out in a timely manner
• Working closely with our Transport services
• Monitoring progress with vehicles and providing daily updates.
• Dealing with customer complaints and proving timely updates/resolutions
• Liaising with internal teams
