Description C&C Boiler Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a qualified Service Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive calls from all customers and respond to all requests in a timely manner Maintain open communication with the technicians throughout the day in order to effectively schedule and meet the customer’s needs Schedule manpower to complete services and advise customer Ensure timely scheduling of PM Inspections to meet PM compliance requirements Utilize all available information to properly schedule technicians Establish work order with all necessary information Maintain customer contact information in database to ensure correct correspondence Maintain email requests, keep up to date and ensure timely responses Review expense reports for assigned technicians Communicate with other departments to complete various tasks for customers and technicians Review time accounting for each technician prior to payroll entry Flexibility to take on additional duties, such as weekend calls, as required Performing other duties as assigned Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the Company Continually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively Improve personal performance on a continual basis Job Benefits Salary Range: $55,000+ DOE 401(k) Plan with 100% vested, 4% Safe Harbor Match: First 3% of deferral matched 100% and the second 2% of deferral is matched at 50% for a total available match of 4% Company-sponsored insurance plan: Medical - Dental - Vision Paid Time Off: 120 hours (3 weeks) Paid Holidays: 7 Company Laptop and Cell Phone Requirements Qualifications Previous coordinator experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient use of technology, computers, and software including Microsoft Office suite of products Job requires daily verbal, written, and electronic communication You must always demonstrate excellent customer service skills
