Protex Environmental is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of communication for our customers and field teams. In this dispatch-focused role, you will be responsible for managing incoming service inquiries and efficiently coordinating with our service personnel to ensure timely and effective solutions for our clients. Here’s a look at what a typical day at work can look like:

• Communicate professionally with current and potential customers
• Process new customer acquisition forms and paperwork
• Coordinate and organize work schedules for operators and technicians in the liquid waste division
• Prepare Work Orders for daily assignments to division personnel
• Prepare Invoices from completed and submitted work orders
• Report problems and unresolved issues to the Operations Manager
• Use innovative thinking to suggest methods to improve customer service and client relationships
• Other duties as assigned by the management team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with or knowledge of Heavy Commercial vehicles is an asset
• A highly motivated, organized, and productive work ethic
• A strong commitment to safety in the workplace
