JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an exciting new opportunity to join our ever growing company, based in our brand new offices in Letchworth.
As a Service Coordinator at Drax, your role will involve managing and coordinating service activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to customers. Your roles will include:
1. Service Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate service appointments, including assigning technicians, verifying customer information, and ensuring timely service delivery.
2. Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on service schedules, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of resources such as equipment, tools, and personnel to optimise service delivery.
4. Service Quality Assurance: Monitor service delivery to ensure high-quality standards are met, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, customer interactions, and other relevant documentation. Generate reports on service performance and key metrics.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians, customer service, and management, to streamline service processes and improve overall service quality.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in service delivery, and proactively implement solutions.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to service delivery.
9. Training and Development: Participate in training programs and professional development to enhance service coordination skills and knowledge.
