Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented full-time Service Coordiantor to join our team. If you are passionate about cars, have amazing organising skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our VIC Re-Conditioning Hub operations run smoothly with your timely and efficient work flow coordination. Your eagerness to learn, positive attitude, willingness to work in a team, and strong organisational skills will be essential to your success in this role.

  • Receipt cars into stock and label keys
  • Request quotes and ETA’s from external providers
  • Raising repair orders and purchase orders
  • Coordinate workflow with external providers
  • Entering purchase receipts
  • Book freight as required
  • Keeping accurate records of vehicle locations & quotes
