We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join the Service Department within our Australian operations. Endress+Hauser Australia is made up of 120 dedicated employees across the country, with our national office located in Artarmon, Sydney, and additional offices in other key locations.

As a Service Coordinator , you will work closely with our team of Service Engineers, customers, and various internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Your role is vital in maintaining the efficiency of both our field service activities and service workshop, ensuring that all services are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

  • Coordinate the team of Service Engineers for routine maintenance, commissioning, technical support, and breakdown callouts for the Service department.
  • Plan and schedule service jobs with customers and Service Engineers.
  • Manage the coordination of field service and workshop activities, including ensuring the necessary personnel, tools, parts, and equipment are available for field service work.
  • Order products from product centres or third parties as required and create purchase orders.
  • Ensure all paperwork for executed service work is collected and processed correctly.
  • Close out service orders once the job is completed and all relevant paperwork has been submitted.
  • Handle service invoicing upon completion of jobs.
  • Manage any issues that arise with scheduling, pricing, or invoicing, and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Manage incoming repair devices by preparing quotes, processing orders in SAP, sending reports to customers, and arranging return shipments of repaired equipment.Enter purchase orders relating to Endress+Hauser products
