Description We are searching for a friendly and highly analytical Service Coordinator to join our growing office in Bow, NH. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, Route calls to the appropriate department, manage Service Department invoicing and handle critical daily office tasks. A top-notch Service Coordinator will demonstrate excellent time management skills and be passionate about customer service and self-improvement. Ideal candidates should be great brand ambassadors who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Responsibilities: Answer telephones and route calls to appropriate department or individual. Issue and track purchase orders for field personnel. Review, correct, process and invoice all Service Department Work Orders. Book new and renewal Service Contracts. Perform monthly billing of all active Service Contracts. Maintain a company schedule of all office personnel’s whereabouts daily. Assist the Service Admin Manager with special projects and inter-office communications. Complete purchase orders. Assist the Service Department with dispatch and scheduling as needed. Attend weekly Service Department Meetings. A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities

This role also involves booking and performing monthly billing for Service Contracts and assisting the Service Department with dispatch and scheduling as needed.
