    As a Service Coordinator at BET Group Global, a registered NDIS provider, you’ll be the critical interface between the organisation and participants, ensuring a participant-focused, holistic approach to service delivery. In this contract position, you’ll join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a culture that promotes choice, control, and the wellbeing of the people we support.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Utilise a person-centred and active support approach to ensure consistently high-quality participant services throughout their journey with BET Group Global.
  • Mentor, train, and advise Area Supervisors and Senior/Support Workers to uphold ethical and professional standards in participant care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure service level agreements are consistently met and exceeded, maximising participant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate intake and exit processes, maintaining accurate, comprehensive documentation and records to support participant care.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, social services, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS sector.
