Responsibilities
  • Providing the main point of contact for a small team of engineers, scheduling maintenances across Northern Ireland.
  • Proactively organise and schedule appointments and meetings to ensure effective diary management and optimal use of time with your team, customers & suppliers
  • Deliver comprehensive updates to the team during weekly and monthly meetings, showcasing departmental progress and insights
  • Keep customers informed of service timelines.
  • Maintain and enhance our work management software, Fieldmotion with up-to-date contact lists, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site and field technicians and management to gather timely updates, enhancing team efficiency and responsiveness
  • Embrace additional admin responsibilities as assigned.
