Service Coordinator Join a global team of 20 colleagues in Fuller – Professional Service Operations department. We are a global department of Service Coordinators stationed in different locations in the world. You will be hired into our local office in Copenhagen , Denmark and hold the responsibility for Service Coordination and execution to countries across Europe and Africa. You will join our service proposal and execution team, where you and your colleagues function as our customers’ daily business partner to ensure the best possible service deliverables i.e. sending our specialists out on site. Your responsibilities You make the customers happy Your overall task is to coordinate the proposal work and order execution. To ensure our customers’ satisfaction, you will be in daily contact with the customers, and our Service Engineers just as you liaise with Area Sales Managers and our other Service Units globally. Translate customer requirements into proposals, Order acknowledgements and invoices. Handle service cases within the organization i.e. travel agencies, embassies, external specialists, etc. Build good relations to customers and colleagues externally as well as internally Have a commercial mindset and be service oriented Your qualifications 1-3 years prior experience with the following: Estimating, issuing services proposals, creating Proposal Order's, Project creation including, all travel needs; translating customer requirements into proposals, Order acknowledgements and invoices. Prior experience with end-to-end customer service coordination Commercial mindset, communication flow with external customers and a structured work approach, some sales experience highly preferred (payment terms and delivery terms). You have highly proficient General Office Skills education, Office Clerk specializing in administration/finance or similar, You as a minimum you speak and write English, other languages- French and Arabic is a plus. You possess excellent MS Office competencies and especially in Microsoft Excel. You are used to have customer contact in a similar job function. Committed to building good relations to customers and colleagues externally as well as internally. As such, you are used to foresee and solve potential problems. You are proactive and have a structured approach to your tasks, enabling you to handle several cases at a time and often under time pressure. Colleagues know you as a person with a positive attitude, who is able to deliver in time although the pace is high.
