Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with job management software or scheduling systems. (Simpro is ideal but not essential) Familiarity with the plumbing or trade industry is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
