Hull Lift Truck, Inc.is currently seeking aService Coordinatorfor our Elkhart, INlocation due to continued growth.TheService Coordinator will completework orders, help with billing,and provide customer service via phone calls and in person.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer service calls andopen work orders
  • Create service quotes and assist in processing and completion
  • Assist with updating, researching, and resolving discrepancies in customer payments as needed
  • Assist with updating service boards and spreadsheets to organize workflow
  • Communicate with customers and provide service updates as needed
  • Backup to Field Service Dispatcher
  • Work with Service Manager to ensure customer issues are effectively and efficiently resolved
  • Assumes other activities and responsibilities occasionally as directed by Service Manager

Qualifications:

  • Must possess basic math and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn the business system software utilized by the department
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite
  • Ability to quickly learn to work with OEM information systems
  • Superior customer service and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dispatching or material handling industry experience helpful
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Honest and high level of integrity
  • Reliable with strong work ethic
  • Interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Team player
