Hy-Tek Intralogistics Job Description   Job Title: Service Coordinator  Department: Field Services Supervisor: Service Manager  Job Purpose: This position is primarily responsible for preparing and coordinating all paperwork for service work done in the field.      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   * Process and file mechanic’s paperwork. * Create invoices and follow through with all service billing. * Provide customer support by answering service calls. * Responsible for preparing service orders for customers.  * Provide written quotes for service technicians.  * Assist with warranty claims. * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Must have various clerical skills such as: typing, data entry, filing, etc. * Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills. * Present a professional image to customers and vendors.  * Ability to work without direct supervision.  * High degree of responsibility and accountability.  * Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to quickly changing priorities.    Working Conditions:  * Required to work normal business house, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Working in a stationary position for an extended period. * Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time. * This position is inside a climate-controlled environment.  **Job requirements listed indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or ability necessary to perform the job proficiently.
