We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients. Duties

  • Supervise service delivery to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Manage service schedules and appointments
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service processes
  • Handle administrative tasks related to service coordination i.e. calling customers and answer the phones and booking appointments
    -Keeping work area clean and tidy
  • Ordering, organizing and pick up of parts

    Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills

  • Proficient time management
  • Excellent administrative skills
    -Valid drivers license

    Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of automotive industry-specific service coordination practices
