POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments for pools and hot tubs, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of pool and hot tub equipment is an asset (training will be provided).

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for residential and commercial pool and hot tub customers.
  • Dispatch service technicians and manage daily service routes.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and handle inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records in the company’s scheduling and CRM systems.
  • Order and track parts required for service jobs.
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure timely job completion and resolve any on-site challenges.
  • Assist with billing and follow-up on outstanding service-related payments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the service department as needed.
