Our coordinator provides excellent customer service to all customers, while participating in daily problem solving and continuous improvement activities. Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator manages service technicians for break fixes and preventative maintenance while providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for updating service call information, tracking parts, generating quotes, and processing invoices.
