Responsibilities

Job Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Assist management in scheduling and dispatching roof repair crews to job sites, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with management to coordinate and update schedules based on priority and urgency of service requests.
  • Monitor job progress and communicate updates to relevant parties.

Customer Communication:

  • Receive and respond to service requests via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner with proper phone etiquette.
  • Provide customers with basic information regarding service availability and scheduling.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Emergency Response Assistance:

  • Support the handling of emergency roof repair calls, assisting management in prioritizing and dispatching crews.
  • Maintain a calm and organized demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, job statuses, and job completions.

Customer Service:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing basic information.
  • Handle complaints and help resolve issues courteously and efficiently.

Support to Management:

  • Work closely with management to assist with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Help prepare weekly reports.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, training sessions, and other events.

Technology and Software:

  • Utilize company CRM software for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure data entered into systems is accurate and up-to-date.
