ABOUT YOU:

Above all, you will need to be an excellent communicator, as you will be liaising with a large variety of customers and mechanical technicians on a daily basis. You will need to have good attention to detail and a strong customer focused attitude.

In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Prior experience with scheduling in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems fast.
  • Good time management skills and ability to juggle multiple customer demands.
  • Enjoys working within a close-knit team.
  • Mechanical knowledge in earthmoving equipment is preferred, but not essential.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity within the Service Team of our branch based in Kenwick, Western Australia. We are looking for an experienced and confident service coordinator to liaise with our customers about their equipment service requirements and efficiently schedule work with our team of service technicians.

THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU:

  • Establishing strong rapport with customers, suppliers, technicians, and managers.
  • Answering enquiries and scheduling work, for jobs such as emergency breakdowns, service repairs and general maintenance.
  • Coordinating field service work allocations and sourcing of parts.
  • Administration of internal systems including the branches job allocation schedule, on call register and field service leave roster.
  • Processing invoices and warranty claims.
  • Liaising with customers regarding quotations.
  • Data entry and processing of job orders.
