As a Service Coordinator at our Greek Retreat Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, with a primary focus on the bar and public areas. Period: April–November, or the majority Food & Accommodation is included Responsibilities: Bar and Public Areas Management: Oversee the operation of the bar and maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of public areas. Receipts and Payments: Handle issuing receipts and managing payments for guests at the bar and restaurant. Store & Mini-Bar Sales: Manage inventory, sales, and restocking for our on-site store and guest room minibars. Coffee Buffet Setup and Cleanliness: Manage the organization of the coffee buffet, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Meals Setup and Service: Coordinate meal setups and serve guests during designated meal times. Table Clearing: Responsibly clear tables after meals, maintaining a tidy dining environment. Supporting Room Cleaning: Occasionally assist with the cleaning and organization of guest rooms with the maid. Tour and Cleanliness Checks: Conduct routine tours of all areas throughout the day, ensuring cleanliness standards. Fill-in Support: Fill in for days off for other staff members, including cleaning duties and guest transfers. This role demands a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Your commitment to maintaining high standards of service will contribute significantly to the overall success of the retreat center.
