Job Summary
Our Thunder Bay location is hiring for a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service at every interaction, both internally and externally.
You will use your customer service, administrative, scheduling, dispatching, and organizational skills to partner jointly with customers and Levitt-Safety Technicians to facilitate the efficient and thorough completion and documentation of each service job from customer contact through final invoicing, ultimately providing an exceptional customer service experience at all touchpoints.
