Our Winston Salem, NC branch is looking to add to its team and needs an administrative role of Service Coordinator. This role supports our technicians and the Service Admin team with the following: Provide quotes for service repairs Complete full-service process including opening the work order, monitoring WIP, invoicing, and closing work orders Generate POs Assist with dispatching technicians to customer sites Provide a high level of customer service Requirements If you are: Highly motivated to learn our industry Detail-oriented and organized A communicator with proven ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, vendors and customers MS Office-literate (even better if you have worked with an ERP system) Ready to join a dynamic team You may be out next member!
Responsibilities
